We welcome veterans, seniors, domestic violence survivors, displaced individuals, second-chance individuals, and aged-out teens who are 18 or older, have verifiable income, and are committed to living in a respectful community environment.
You will need a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of income. This may include SSI/SSDI award letters, VA disability documentation, housing voucher paperwork, or pay stubs.
Your monthly program fee includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to shared common areas, on-site laundry, a fully furnished bedroom with linens, outdoor space, parking, and 24/7 surveillance.
We offer both private and shared bedroom options. Room availability and pricing details are discussed during the application process.
Our home maintains a structured, respectful environment. Key guidelines include maintaining a substance-free lifestyle, observing quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), participating in household responsibilities, and treating all residents with dignity. No visitors are permitted inside the home. Full guidelines are reviewed during intake.
Yes. Applicants must have a minimum of 60 days of sobriety prior to move-in. Individuals practicing sobriety are welcomed and supported in our community.
